1. Remove excess fat from the chicken and clean thoroughly.

2. Place the chicken in a large pot and add enough water to fully submerge it. Add green onions and the samgyetang herb pack.

3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until the chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
