Ingredients
  • Kimchi2 cups
  • Korean pancake mix1 cup
  • Water2/3 cup
  • Kimchi juice1/3 cup
  • Garlic (minced)1 tbsp
  • Onion (diced)1/4 pc

step 1

1. Place kimchi in a bowl and cut into small pieces using kitchen scissors.

2. Mince garlic and dice onion.

3. Add pancake mix, kimchi juice, minced garlic, onion, and water to the bowl. Mix until combined.

4. Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Pour the batter and spread evenly.

5. Cook until golden and crispy on one side, then flip and cook the other side until fully cooked.
